Terms of Service

By accessing or using MENTOR ("the Service"), operated by MENTOR Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

MENTOR provides AI-powered mentoring through voice calls and text messaging. The Service is designed to support personal and professional development. MENTOR is not a substitute for therapy, medical advice, or mental health treatment.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

MENTOR offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew at the selected plan rate unless cancelled.

Monthly plan: $70/month. Annual plan: $599/year. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, use the Service for any illegal purpose, or interfere with other users' access to the Service.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by MENTOR Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your mentoring data and conversation content remain yours.

MENTOR is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
